Wraparound Childcare
Wren (Breakfast Club)
Wren is the name of our Westways Breakfast Club available to children from Reception up to Year 6 from 7.30am every morning in the Mona Building. There are a range of activities offered and the children have the opportunity to eat breakfast. The last drop off time is 8.30am in order to give your child the time to eat their breakfast before the start of the school day.
A choice of breakfast (cereals and toast) provided by Taylor Shaw will be available and the cost for each daily session will be £6.00 per child per day.
In order to book Wren (Breakfast Club) you are required to complete a registration form and download the School Gateway app to use the system.
Tawny (After School Club)
Times
Term time only - 3:15pm until 6:00pm Monday to Friday.
Please inform the After School Club if you are going to be late to collect your child. If collecting after 6.00pm, late collection charges apply (see below).
Cost
£10.00 per session
Late collection will incur a cost of £5 for every 10 minutes over, unless this is due to adverse weather e.g. heavy snow. If parents or carers are going to be late they must inform the After School Club staff.
Bookings
Bookings are made via the School Gateway app once you have completed a registration form and returned this to the school office.
Sessions need to be booked by 2.00pm on the day before you require a place.
Payment
All payments for After School Club sessions are made via School Gateway or with childcare vouchers.
Cancellations
Similarly cancellations need to be made by 2.00pm on the day before you wish to cancel the session. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in you being charged for the place.
