International Food Event

Thank you to all who baked, cooked and helped to eat the delicious food at our annual ‘International Food Event’. We’ve kept all the recipes and will be compiling a recipe book for purchase.  

Disability Awareness Day

Today was Disability Awareness day, and we had a special visitor in school, John, who came to talk to the school about his disability and what it means for him and how it affects, or doesn’t affect him. Family Road Safety

Lots of families came into school on Wednesday 20th November to take part in a family road safety awareness session. There were numerous activities to try and  take part in, from decorating a traffic light biscuit to colouring and making your own road safety badge. MacMillan Coffee Morning

Great excitement this morning! Mums, Dads and carers were invited into Mona Hall for a coffee morning in aid of MacMillan Cancer Support. New School Climbing Wall

The Mona yard now has a new section of climbing wall in the top corner. This excellent new wall has been built by renowned professional climber and current school parent Steve MacClure. The wall has been funded by Friends of Westways.

Ofsted Parents’ Survey

Ofsted, the school inspection service, will include your views and opinions in forming their judgement about a school. They now ask you to fill in their survey online via the ParentView web site.
